顎式破碎機優(yōu)點：構造簡單，制造成本低，檢修維護方便，工作可靠，機器高度小，便于配置，對于水分高黏性大的礦石不易堵塞。缺點：生產率低，電能消耗大，振動較大，破碎比小，產品粒度不夠均勻，不能擠滿給礦。
使用說明
（一）顎式破碎機起動前的準備工作 　
1、應仔細檢查軸承的潤滑情況是否良好，軸承內肘板連接處是否有足夠的潤滑脂。
2、應仔細檢查所有的緊固件是否完全緊固。
3、防護裝置是否良好，發(fā)現(xiàn)不安全現(xiàn)象，應立即消除之。
4、檢查破碎腔內有無礦石或其他雜物，如有則應立即消除。
（二）顎式破碎機的起動
1、經檢查、證明機器與傳動部分情況正常，始可起動。
2、本機只能在無負荷情況下起動。
3、起動后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有不正常的情況時，應立即停車，待查明原因排除隱患，方可再次起動。
（三）顎式破碎機的維護和使用
1、破碎機正常運轉后，方可投料。
2、待破碎材料應均勻地加入破碎腔內，并應避免側面加料，防止負荷突變或單邊突增。
3、在正常工作情況下，軸承的溫升不應超過35℃，高溫度不得超過70℃，否則應立即停車，查明原因加以消除。
4、停車前，應先停止加料，待破碎腔內被破碎物料完全排空后，方可關閉電機。
（四）顎式破碎機的潤滑
1、經常注意及時做好磨擦面的潤滑工作，可保證機器的正常運轉和延長使用壽命。
2、本機采用的潤滑脂，應根據使用地點、氣溫等條件來決定，一般可采用鈣基、鈉基或鈣鈉基潤滑脂。
3、加入軸承座的潤滑脂為其容積的50－70%，每三個月必須更換一次；換新油時必須用干凈的汽油或煤油清洗軸承與軸承座內污物。
4、肘板與肘板墊接觸處在機器開動前，必須加入潤滑脂。

（1） Preparation work before starting the jaw crusher
1. Careful inspection should be conducted to ensure that the lubrication of the bearings is good and that there is sufficient grease at the elbow joint inside the bearings.
2. All fasteners should be carefully checked for complete tightness.
3. Whether the protective device is in good condition and any unsafe phenomena should be immediately eliminated.
4. Check if there are any ores or other debris in the crushing chamber, and eliminate them immediately if there are.
（2） Starting of jaw crusher
1. Only after inspection and verification that the machine and transmission parts are in normal condition can it be started.
2. This machine can only be started under no-load conditions.
3. After starting, if any abnormal situation is found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately and the cause should be identified and hidden dangers eliminated before starting again.
（3） Maintenance and use of jaw crusher
1. The crusher can only be fed after normal operation.
2. The material to be crushed should be evenly added into the crushing chamber, and side feeding should be avoided to prevent sudden load changes or unilateral increases.
3. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. Otherwise, the vehicle should be stopped immediately, and the cause should be identified and eliminated.
4. Before parking, the feeding should be stopped first, and the motor can only be turned off after the crushed material in the crushing chamber is completely emptied.
（4） Lubrication of jaw crusher
1. Regularly paying attention to timely lubricating the friction surface can ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend its service life.
2. The lubricating grease used in this machine should be determined according to the usage location, temperature, and other conditions. Generally, calcium based, sodium based, or calcium sodium based lubricating grease can be used.
3. The lubricating grease added to the bearing seat is 50-70% of its volume and must be replaced every three months; When changing the oil, clean gasoline or kerosene must be used to clean the dirt inside the bearings and bearing seats.
4. Before starting the machine, lubricating grease must be added to the contact area between the elbow plate and the elbow pad.
